Session: Smarter than a CEO – a game-show about distributed/dispersed agile teams

Why do you have a team that is spread over many countries and time-zones, when it is much more efficient to work close together in the same room?

A very legitimate question indeed, but when handled correctly there can be advantages with a dispersed/distributed team as well. This talk will be about which positive effects that can be used in a dispersed/distributed team, and how to handle the difficulties that of cause always is part of teams that are not co-located.
